Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature.
- Assist patients with mobility and transfer using proper body mechanics.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Document patient care activities and changes in condition accurately.
- Communicate effectively with nursing staff and families regarding patient status.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Washington.
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to lift and move patients safely and effectively.
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented attitude.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
