Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs with precision and attention to detail
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and position changes ensuring patient safety
- Support daily living activities and maintain clean, organized patient spaces
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans
- Document patient care accurately and maintain confidential records
- Respond promptly to patient needs and report changes in condition
Qualifications
- Active Arizona CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 6 months of recent CNA experience in a healthcare setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and compassionate patient approach
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Basic computer skills for documentation tasks
