Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Help patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and mobility as needed.
- Vital Signs Monitoring: Accurately measure and record patient blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Patient Comfort & Hygiene: Ensure patients remain clean, comfortable, and safe while maintaining dignity and respect.
- Communication: Relay important patient information to the nursing staff and doctors in a timely manner.
- Environment Maintenance: Keep patient rooms and common areas clean, sanitized, and organized.
- Assist with Transfers: Safely move patients using wheelchairs, walkers, or transfer equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- CNA Certification: Current CNA certification is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong desire to learn.
- Compassion: A genuine passion for helping others and a patient-centered approach to care.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift or move patients weighing up to 200 lbs.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
