Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated CNAs to provide high-quality care to patients in our local facilities. You will be the heart of our patient care team, ensuring comfort, dignity, and well-being for those we serve.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting assistance.
- Monitor vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse) and report any abnormalities to the nursing staff immediately.
- Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and patient preferences.
- Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized patient environment to prevent infection.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure holistic care.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Texas.
- Previous experience in a hospital, nursing home, or home health setting.
- CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help patients.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
