Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of medical equipment
- Support nursing staff with medication reminders and treatment preparation
- Maintain clean and sanitized patient environments
- Communicate patient needs and changes in condition to healthcare team
Qualifications
- Active Michigan CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year of recent CNA experience preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation
