Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse rate.
- Assist physicians and nurses with medical procedures and treatments.
- Communicate patient status and changes in condition to the nursing staff promptly.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Administer medications as directed by licensed personnel and document accurately.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered CNA or LPN license in North Carolina.
- CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift and transfer patients (up to 50 lbs) as needed.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient-centered care.
