Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care including bathing, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and medical observations
- Assist nurses with clinical procedures and maintain accurate medical records
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during overnight hours
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement care plans

Qualifications
- Active Texas CNA certification required
