Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility and transfer activities
- Prepare and serve meals while accommodating dietary needs
- Maintain accurate resident care documentation
- Support social activities to enhance resident wellbeing
- Adhere to infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active Florida CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months recent CNA experience
- Valid CPR certification
- Night shift availability (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
