Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety
- Support patients with activities of daily living while maintaining dignity
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team members regarding patient needs
- Maintain clean and organized patient environments
- Participate in training programs to enhance clinical skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior experience necessary - we provide comprehensive training
- Must pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- Valid Nevada driver's license preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper techniques
- Compassionate attitude and commitment to patient care
- Willingness to obtain CNA certification within 90 days of hire
