Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in home and facility settings
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to RNs
- Maintain accurate patient documentation
- Follow infection control protocols
- Support patient mobility and positioning
- Communicate effectively with care teams
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- No experience required - training provided
- California CNA certification (or commitment to obtain)
