Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate daily care to residents including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Support therapeutic activities and social engagement programs
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA safety protocols

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
