Responsibilities
- Support patient care coordination via remote scheduling and documentation
- Assist with telehealth appointments and virtual check-ins
- Manage patient records and update electronic health records (EHRs)
- Coordinate with healthcare teams for seamless in-person shift coverage
- Provide remote wellness check-ins and patient support
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Qualifications
- No prior healthcare experience required
