We are currently seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide exceptional patient care in our state-of-the-art facility.

What You Will Do:
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques and equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Communicate any changes in a patient's condition to the nursing team immediately.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for all patients.
Requirements:
- Valid Nevada CNA Certification (State Board approved).
- CPR and BLS Certification (American Heart Association) preferred.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Compassionate demeanor with a focus on patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
- Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
- Communicate changes in patient conditions to the nursing staff and physician immediately.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly patient environment.
- Document patient care activities accurately in medical records.
- Build therapeutic relationships with residents and their families.
Qualifications
- Current Nevada State CNA Certification (required).
- CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association) preferred.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in long-term care or a hospital setting is a plus.
- Compassionate and patient-oriented attitude.
