Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document patient care activities, changes in patient conditions, and any incidents accurately and timely.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Administer medications and treatments as directed by the nursing staff.
Qualifications
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license valid in the state of Nevada required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care, or home health setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to lift and assist patients as needed.
