Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with patient feeding and nutrition support
- Collaborate with nursing staff on care plans and patient needs
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments and equipment
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergencies
- Support patient education and emotional wellbeing
Qualifications
- Active Georgia CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care hospital experience
- BLS/CPR certification from AHA
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility with weekend availability (Sat/Sun)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR)
