Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional personal care to residents including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document resident observations accurately
- Assist with medication administration under nurse supervision
- Facilitate engaging social and recreational activities on weekends
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop personalized care plans
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable resident environment
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergency situations
Qualifications
- Current Texas CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of geriatric care experience
- Valid CPR/First Aid certification
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible hours
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and documentation abilities
- Pass background check and drug screening
