Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using proper techniques
- Document patient care accurately and maintain electronic health records
- Support daily activities and social engagement for residents
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic support
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year long-term care or assisted living experience
- Current CPR/BLS certification from recognized provider
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
