Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor vital signs and document resident health changes accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and use of adaptive equipment
- Support medication administration under RN supervision
- Facilitate social activities and resident engagement programs
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
Qualifications
- Active NC CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid NC driver's license preferred
