Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care and assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor and record vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, respiration, temperature) accurately.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Transport patients to and from procedures, dining areas, or therapy sessions.
- Document patient care activities and changes in condition in the electronic medical record.
- Respond to patient calls and requests for assistance promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered CNA License required (must be in good standing).
- CPR/BLS Certification (American Heart Association) required.
- Previous experience in a long-term care, hospital, or home health setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with patients and families.
- Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
