Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition
- Assist with medication administration under RN supervision
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Support patient rehabilitation and therapeutic activities
- Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed
Qualifications
- Active DC CNA license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour weekend shifts (6AM-6PM or 6PM-6AM)
- Pass background check and health screening
