Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care in long-term care facilities
Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding) - Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Maintain a safe and clean environment
Transport patients safely within the facility
Qualifications
- Active Ohio CNA certification
Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience Valid CPR/BLS certification Ability to lift 50+ pounds Clear background check and drug screen Strong communication skills
