Responsibilities
- Delicate patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Accurate vital sign monitoring and documentation
- Assistance with medication administration under RN supervision
- Collaborative care planning with interdisciplinary teams
- Comprehensive patient charting using electronic health records
- Emergency response training and implementation
- Patient advocacy and family communication
Qualifications
- Active Washington State CNA certification required
- Minimum 6 months acute care experience preferred
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper technique
- Attention to detail and strong time management
