Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient records
- Assist with mobility transfers and medical equipment
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Collaborate with remote care coordinators via telehealth
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant digital records
- Support families through virtual care updates
Qualifications
- Active NE CNA license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year CNA experience preferred
- Basic computer skills for telehealth platforms
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts
- CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable transportation for home visits
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written)
