Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care including bathing, dressing, and feeding assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and positioning to prevent falls
- Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) in home care or facility settings
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to implement individualized care plans

Qualifications
- Active NYS CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience preferred
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends)
- Valid CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
