Responsibilities
- Provide daily assistance with patients' personal hygiene, mobility, and nutritional needs
- Monitor and document vital signs, patient conditions, and care activities
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding support as needed
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments following infection control protocols
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement individualized care plans
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and emergency situations
- Transport patients safely within facility for medical procedures
Qualifications
- Valid Nevada CNA certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer skills for documentation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Compassionate demeanor with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends/holidays
- Pass background check and pre-employment health screening
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training
