Responsibilities
- Provide daily living assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature.
- Assist with mobility issues, including transferring patients to and from beds or wheelchairs.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for all residents.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
- Administer medications as directed by the RN/LPN.
Qualifications
- Current California CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) license.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- CPR/BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor.
