Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Monitor and document residents' vital signs and health conditions
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning per care plans
- Support residents with medication reminders under supervision
- Maintain clean and safe resident environments
- Collaborate with nursing staff to implement care plans
- Report changes in resident conditions promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- No prior CNA experience necessary
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass background check and physical exam
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate attitude toward elderly care
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper techniques
