Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance to patients (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Assist with mobility transfers and patient positioning
- Support daily living activities (feeding, toileting, ambulation)
- Collaborate with nursing staff to develop care plans
- Maintain clean, safe patient environments
- Report patient concerns promptly to nursing team
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year acute care or long-term experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Clear TB test and physical exam within 6 months
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
