Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders
- Provide engaging companionship through conversation, games, and community outingsMonitor client health status and document changes accurately
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Implement personalized care plans with attention to client preferences
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Trustworthy background check required
- Fluency in English (Spanish speakers encouraged to apply)
