Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal hygiene
- Provide companionship through conversation, games, and accompanying clients to appointments
- Monitor vital signs and report health changes to care coordinators
- Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate care logs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Create a safe and supportive home environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and cultural sensitivity
