Responsibilities
- Provide companionship through conversation, activities, and emotional support
- Assist with daily living tasks (meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders)
- Transport clients to appointments and social engagements
- Monitor health conditions and report changes to care team

- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
