Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal preparation according to dietary restrictions.
- Provide companionship and engage in conversation and activities to reduce isolation.
- Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the care team immediately.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry as needed to maintain a safe environment.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments, social outings, and errands.
- Administer medication reminders and document care logs accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred; we offer training for qualified candidates.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient demeanor.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Reliability and a genuine passion for helping others.
