Responsibilities
- Provide personalized companionship and daily living assistance (meal prep, medication reminders, light housekeeping)
- Transport clients to appointments and errands using personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Monitor health status and document care activities accurately
- Implement customized care plans with attention to physical, emotional, and cognitive needs
- Maintain a safe, nurturing environment while respecting client privacy
- Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals for coordinated care
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA certification
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Passionate about elder care with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling)
- Clear background check and TB test (provided)
- Flexibility for evening/weekend shifts
- Basic CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
