Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and accommodate special dietary requirements
- Monitor vital signs and document health observations accurately
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social engagements
- Administer prescribed medications under proper supervision
- Engage clients in meaningful activities and emotional companionship
- Maintain clean, safe home environments and perform light housekeeping duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA/HHA certification preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Compassionate nature with exceptional patience and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
