Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily activities (bathing, dressing, mobility)
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Administer medications and maintain accurate health records
- Engage clients in meaningful social and recreational activities
- Transport clients to appointments using company-provided vehicles
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation duties
- Utilize provided equipment (lifts, monitors, mobility aids) safely
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or certification
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Compassionate demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Pass background check and TB screening
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
