Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and maintain safe living environments
- Offer companionship and emotional support to combat loneliness
- Monitor client health status and report changes to care coordinators
- Assist with mobility support and fall prevention measures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or certification
- TN state nursing assistant license or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Excellent communication skills and empathy
- Ability to pass background checks and drug screening
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
