Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs as per care plans
- Engage residents in meaningful social and recreational activities
- Document care activities and maintain accurate resident records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize resident wellbeing
- Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience required
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and patience with elderly population
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
