Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needsMonitor client health status and report changes to care team
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and transportation to appointments
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and medication reminders
- Maintain accurate care documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and compassion when working with elderly clients
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
