Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal preparation)
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social outings
- Create engaging companionship activities (reading, games, walks)
- Maintain detailed care notes and communicate with family members
- Implement individualized care plans with clinical oversight
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide certification
- Valid Washington State Driver's license and reliable vehicle
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication skills and empathy-driven mindset
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
