Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with medication reminders per care plans
- Engage clients in meaningful social activities and companionship
- Monitor health vitals and document care progress accurately
- Transport clients to appointments and community events
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized home environment
- Collaborate with care teams to implement individualized care plans
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification
- Valid Oregon driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and TB screening
- Compassionate demeanor with exceptional patience and empathy
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Current CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
