Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Administer medications and monitor vital signs with precision and care
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities safely
- Engage clients in meaningful companionship and cognitive stimulation activities
- Maintain detailed care logs and communicate health changes to family members
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure safe and comfortable living environments

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or CNA/HHA certification
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Excellent communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish a plus)
- Physical ability to lift 50 pounds and perform mobility assistance
