Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meal prep)
- Administer medications and monitor health vitals
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Light housekeeping and home organization
- Document care plans and client progress
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Strong communication and empathy skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of senior care best practices
- Fluency in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
