Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Monitor vital signs and document health status changes
- Provide light housekeeping and medication reminders
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and families
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a certified nursing assistant or home health aide
- Current Texas HHA certification and CPR certification
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
- Strong communication skills and empathy for elderly/disabled clients
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
