Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare nutritious meals and monitor dietary needs
- Administer medications and document vital signs accurately
- Provide light housekeeping and companionship services
- Transport clients to appointments and social activities
- Monitor client conditions and report changes to care team
- Maintain detailed care records and follow care plans
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide or CNA license required
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
