Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding
- Administer prescribed medications accurately
- Monitor vital signs and document client status
- Assist with mobility transfers and exercises
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Transport clients to medical appointments
- Communicate effectively with family and care teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year home health aide experience
- Current Tennessee HHA certification
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer skills for documentation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
