Responsibilities
- Provide personalized assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs with precision
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary restrictions
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social engagements
- Document care activities and maintain detailed client records
- Companion care for emotional support and cognitive stimulation
- Coordinate with family members and healthcare professionals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional home health aide experience
- Current California HHA certification and CPR/First Aid credentials
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to pass comprehensive background check and TB screening
- Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Knowledge of senior-specific conditions (Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, etc.)
- Compassionate demeanor with patience and problem-solving skills
