Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor vital signs
- Light housekeeping and grocery shopping for clients
- Transport clients to medical appointments and social activities
- Document care activities and maintain accurate records
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
Qualifications
- State-certified Home Health Aide or CNA license
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB test results
- Compassionate demeanor and strong communication skills
- Flexibility with evening/weekend shifts
