Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-home care for elderly clients with compassion and professionalism
- Coordinate care plans via our secure remote portal while conducting in-person visits
- Assist with daily living activities including meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support
- Monitor client health status and document observations in our digital care system
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company-provided vehicle
- Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers through virtual meetings
- Maintain strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional caregiving experience or relevant certification
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
- Proficient with digital communication tools and care management apps
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build trust remotely
- Background check clearance and TB screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical care tasks
