Responsibilities
- Delight patients with exceptional bedside care and emotional support
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Collaborate with nursing teams to implement care plans
- Maintain a safe, sanitized environment following OSHA standards
- Transport patients and equipment as needed
- Provide companionship and enhance patient dignity
Qualifications
- Active Nebraska CNA certification in good standing
- Minimum 1 year recent CNA experience in acute care or long-term setting
- Current CPR/BLS certification from AHA
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with lifting up to 50lbs
- Strong communication skills and empathy for diverse patient needs
