Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate patient care including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Monitor and record vital signs with clinical precision
- Assist with mobility transfers using proper techniques
- Document patient observations accurately in EMR systems
- Collaborate with RNs on care plan implementation
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Respond promptly to patient call lights
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification
- Minimum 1 year recent facility experience
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds with proper technique
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance protocols
